Alice paced around the small room which was supposed to the spare room in the house,, or one of the many spare rooms. Most of the rooms were now filled with guest's that claimed they wanted to hang around for a while,, all of which would no doubt leave soon. She smiled to herself,, it was peaceful here at the moment,, but what was worse,, it meant that Alice was left alone with her thirst to deal with. It wasn't that bad when she had people around her so often,, it was easy to distract herself,, but now,, now it was like there was a raging fire climbing up through her throat. She knew with out even checking that here eyes would be pitch black,, as she hadn't fed for about a week and she needed it now,, she needed to feel the warm gooey substance dripping down her throat. Putting the fire to rest for a while,, keeping it under control. Slice took a small step back before looking at the open window,, as she ran forward and leaping forward out of the glass window. As she was suddenly met with what would have been an ice cold wind to any human out today. But it felt soothing against her skin.
Alice darted straight into the thick under growth that was set out in front of her,, nearly as soon as she was a few miles away from the Cullen home,, she picked up a scent she knew it was a small animal. Something that would be able to keep her thirst under control till she could get some real hunting in,, which would happen in the next two weeks. Everyone would go,, and everyone would get enough the whole weekend just being vampires,, hunting and killing what they needed. It was all very simple,, but thought was enough to keep Alice going for the time being. As soon as the scent become strong,, she let it all go everything,, all her control,, she let herself become a victim to her own instincts. As she followed the smell,, as pungent as it was she needed to kill it,, her mind was nothing but blank. All she could think about was killing the... Deer as it seemed it would be,, as it came into her line of sight. It was small,, but it would do. It would have to do. She had no other choice.
As she leapt forward letting the muscles in her legs unwind forcing her through the air,, as she felt her body collide with the deer. And almost instantly it collapsed under her. Obviously it couldn't take her weight though her weight was very little,, as to be honest there wasn’t much to her,, she was only just five foot for gods sake. Her lips automatically searched for the vein on the animals neck,, that pumped the red liquid around its body. That was soon to be torn open,, and letting the life force drain the animal. Her teeth tore into the think membrane of the deer skin,, and instantly she felt liquid fill her mouth and trickle down her throat. She new instantly that her thirst was dieing,, or being pushed back. She heard something,, as she almost instantly dropped the beast from her hands. As she'd spun round into a defensive crouch,, as a small snarl escaped through her lips,, her hand was placed on the floor in front of her and the other pulled up behind her back,, so if need be she could attack quickly and bring what ever thing was there,, to end.

Leah was bored out of her mind at the moment. She obviously couldn't find anything to do. The others in the pack were doing god knows what. She wandered aimlessly around the small reservation house she called a home. She needed something to do... and badly. She sighed. Seth wasn't around either, which was probably even worse. Leah had a complex with not being able to protect him. Maybe he was wolf somewhere.
She sighed and called to her mother she was going out and left to avoid anymore questions. Once outside, she made a bee-line straight for the open woods. She moved easily, her legs carrying her at an easy loping gate. She kept moving until she couldn't be seen at all through the branches. She quickly slipped her shirt and jeans off, and tied them securely to her ankle with the string she kept tied there. And then she was running.
She let loose the burning red that stayed shoved at the back of her mind. She saw nothing but a blur of red, and felt the fire burning down her limbs as the grew longer. Her hair color changed to a silvery grey and sprouted along her entire body. Leah's large paws hit the packed dirt with a soft thud, and the beat echoed like distant thunder around her.
Inside her mind, it was quiet. There was nothing there. So none of the others were in their wolf forms. Oh well, at least Leah would have some privacy as she ran. Her thoughts wandered vaguely and didn't think about anything in particular. At least she didn't have to bother about the boys seeing her thoughts. She continued running, pushing herself on ever faster. Soon enough her muscles started to burn. She had been running for a while, and she knew she was well over the border. From the looks of it she was heading toward the mountains.
She slowed herself and looked up at the dark trees around her. They loomed above her, and cast strange patches of darkness upon the ground. Leah heard a small thump and spun around on the spot toward the noise, teeth bared and all. There was no one behind near her that she could see. She started, as silently as was possible for a massive wolf, toward the sound. The disgusting scent of vampire clung to her nose. Not paying any attention to her feet but the figure in front of her, she stepped on a twig. In the silence of the deep forest, it sounded like a canon. She bared her teeth at the vampire in front of her, waiting for her to make the first move.

Alice had been really looking forward to the hunting trip today,, she'd known she was going on it for days now. By herself as well,, but what she should have been wary of was when it stopped. she guessed it was just because she had been tired at the time and she wasn't seeing it all as clearly as she should have. Like hell she thought she'd have had a run in with a wolf though,, as she snapped around,, as she flung the beast that had been drained of all its life force away from her. Although there was still some blood left in the limp carcase she didn't want it. Not now,, she couldn't even think of food when the smell of dog,, was so pronounced in the air. It was unbelievable how smelly they actually were.
As she snarled back at the wolf,, as she adopted the classical crouching defensive position on the ground,, one had on the ground one behind her in the air. As all her muscles tightened,, ready for her to leap forward,, to tear her poor little heart out at the dog. She sighed,, the normal happy friendly Alice everyone had known was gone,, that quickly,, she didn't want to mix with Wolfs,, only Jacob at the maximum. And she had to talk to him 'cause of Bella,, it wasn't right basically telling her she to give up her friends in La Push 'cause they were all mongrels that made there home there,, whether it was 'cause there was vampire's here or not she hated the fact that Jacob of all people had tried to blame the Cullen's for what they were. It wasn't her fault they all had wolf blood in them,, and it just need triggered and then BANG! you have a wolf. It just wasn't right,, Alice had always trusted Bella's judgment much like she wished her brother would sometimes. But now the only problem she had was the wolf.
Her head tilted to the side as she took in the appearance of the wolf,, it was much bigger than what she had thought that would be. She'd never really seen a werewolf before until now,, and it was just so... big?. She laughed again. "Well... I'm Alice,, its nice to meet you,, and you are?" she sang out in a wind chime pitched voice. Even if she was trying to be serious,, her voice was always sounding happy... there was nothing she could do about that she just hoped that the wolf didn't think that she was joking about. Honestly she didn't want to fight unless she had her Jasper with her. Even if he wasn't in the fight,, she just liked him to be there was she needed him,, like she needed him now. As another gut rattling snarl escaped through her lips. she could feel the wet ground underneath her hand,, and her small cocktail dress,, really wasn't exactly appropriate for this occasion though she'd never really payed attention to what she wore when she left the house,, she looked good in everything she tried on. She couldn't help it.
